  I have downloaded and unzipped the wordpress file.

  Now what ? Trying to find a tutorial to walk me through how i can start building the site locally, and how i can publish it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s a reference to a wordpress.ORG software install. It does NOT apply to http://suscoptsmagazines.wordpress.com/ at all. We provide support only for sites on WordPress.COM servers. All support docs are at https://en.support.wordpress.com/.

  For that site read on. Every theme has a detailed theme description page. See https://wordpress.com/theme/dara and note that’s where set up instructions for it, the features of it, and the live demo site link is found.

  Additional information:
  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
