Tweaking code for the "Home" default link on Third Style 1.1.1 by paomedia

My WordPress blog is self hosted at http://www.donsjohns.com/blog
What I would like to do is have the “Home” link go to our homepage – http://www.donsjohns.com
Currently i goes back to our blog homepage. This link is one that was a default.
Where do I go in to change it and how?
The blog theme is: Third Style 1.1.1 by paomedia
