Tweet shares not being counted

    In my analytics I’ve noticed that I was receiving views from twitter to one of my blog’s stories. I was able to search it on twitter and find that three separate people had shared my story (big deal for me). However, when I return to my blog, the ‘share’ counter at the bottom of the page shows that the story was shared 0 times on twitter. Why is it that the share counter is not registering that my story has been tweeted 3 separate times?
