tweet via iphone inc photos directly to wordpress blog main page?

  Hello i have a wordpress.com website burgerupdate.com. i have set up a twitter feed on the page but i want to be able to tweet via my iphone and the tweets including the photos go directly to the sites main page as a short blog without me having to post them afterwards.

  any help would be appreciated
