Twenty 11 Theme: hiding comments box search bar

  I’m in the process of writing a new site using the Twenty Eleven Theme – I want my site to look like a website rather than a blog and therefore have set my home page as static – however, can I remove/hide the comments boxes on subsequent pages too?

  Also, how can I remove the search bar on the top right?

  And finally, is it possible to remove the “proudly powered by wordpress” from the footer?

  Hi. If the blog is in English and it says “Proudly powered by WordPress” at the bottom, it means it’s a self-hosted WordPress blog and you are in the wrong forum. Please ask your question at http://wordpress.org/support
