  Images should be at least 1000 pixels wide. Suggested width is 1000 pixels. Suggested height is 288 pixels.

  There is no sidebar on single posts when displayed on their own pages in the Twenty Eleven theme. http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/twentytwelve/

  And no widgets can display on any page in Twenty Eleven unless you select “sidebar template” for in the Page Attributes module.

  Also note that some widgets have visibility settings which are used to define which pages they will appear on.
