Twenty eleven: change font size and posts question

    Could someone help me out with the coding for changing font size on my Pages?
    Also, I can’t really tell the difference between “heading 1”, “heading 2,” “heading 4”, etc – is there a difference? I figured it would be in the font size but I don’t see it changing.

    I’m also a little lost about where Posts show up. I added a Category to put my resume up and have it as its own menu item, but it’s a post and so it’s also on my “About” page, which I guess I set up as my posts page. But now I don’t want my Resume to appear on that page, just on the Category menu item that I created for it. Or maybe just on its own page?
    I guess I’d like some guidance on how to handle things like Resumes – I figure they should be their own menu item, and I currently have the text and a link to a PDF. Should I even have it in text format? And where do people generally place them and how can you get it not to be on a posts page if it’s a post?

    Sorry for the newbie questions…

    Ok, skip the whole last part of my request for help – I figured it out and just put my Resume on its own page.

    But please do respond about font size.

  • You can adjust font size from the Fonts menu on the Customizer. Please check the Custom Fonts support document and feel free to ask if you have further questions.

    Thanks. I have worked with that tool, but I see that the headings of my Page Titles are much larger than anything else and I don’t like that. They are larger than even the title of my blog, or at least it looks that way. Anyway to change font size of the Page Titles?

  • If you’d like to adjust relative heading sizes within the body of your posts in Twenty Eleven with custom CSS, you can add something like this:

    .entry-content h2 {
      font-size: 100%;
    }
    .entry-content h3 {
      font-size: 90%;
    }
    .entry-content h4 {
      font-size: 80%;
    }
