Why isn't my custom header loading?

  I looked throughout the support and forums and have not found an answer to my question.

  I uploaded an image for my header (exact measurements) and on my Mac computer it shows up, but when I check it on a PC computer it is a large white box and my image is not there. Why is it doing this, and what can I do to resolve the problem? Thanks!

  This is likely because the image is saved as a CMYK image. Can you double check that you’ve saved it as an RGB image?

  Some browsers, notably Internet Explorer, aren’t able to display CMYK images which would explain the large gap on your PC.
