Twenty Eleven header picture can not be changed

  Dear all,

  I got a serious problem with my twenty eleven theme, hosted on music-beauties.com. I can not change it to a custom-made picture I uploaded on my own. There always pops up a blank screen when I got to the cutting-area. I resized the picture to 1000×288, what do I do wrong here?

  Do you have any tips for me?
