Twenty Eleven pics won't load

  Can’t get pics to load. Keep getting message ““” has failed to upload due to an error
  File is empty. Please upload something more substantial.” Then it says “Crunching” but nothing happens. Tried uploading 2mb file. Same problem. No pic. Had no problem loading pics to Chaos Theory theme. Can’t figure out issue on this popular theme. Advice?

  these are the only file formats allowed for images on WP:

  .jpg
  .jpeg
  .png
  .gif

  What is the format of your file? BMP perhaps?

  Alternatively, you may need to close the browser and clear your cache to get going again.

  @annerast: Uploading images has nothing to do with what theme you’re using. What filetype are you trying to upload, and what browser and version are you using?

  Using only jpgs. Safari version 4.0.4.
