Twenty Eleven Theme

I am not savvy with CSS and I am starting to think my problem stems from this. I trust that someone reading this post will point me in the right direction. For starters I would like my custom header to stretch across the width of the page. It also seems my text(posts) and copy is set to a very narrow margin and I would like it also to spread out across the page as well. Any help will be appreciated.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I cannot help with CSS editing and only Staff re doing that these days. They have a backlog of people waiting for help so please be patient.

Twenty Eleven is a responsive width theme. Responsive width means the layout adapts depending on the size of the device being used to view your site. When responsive width themes are viewed on mobiles sidebars appear below the posts in order to provide as much space as possible for reading.

The WordPress.com Theme team uses the “responsive-width” tag in the Themes Showcase to indicate which themes have this feature.

I viewed your blog using Firefox 11 and I see a full width header image.

The font on your only post on the front page appears to be both italic and bold.
