Twenty Eleven Theme – Disabling Plugins

    I am using a plugin that shows recent posts,etc. at the top of my blog (http://www.bigtimerusher.com). There is just a strange repetition when viewing this using the mobile version for the theme but, nevertheless I do like this theme. Is there a way I can disable this plugin just for the mobile version. I have access to all functionality and files as I am hosting this somewhere else.
