Twenty Eleven theme doesnt display widgets on individual posts

  Sorry – I am new to wordpress so I am muddling along. I’m using the Twenty Eleven theme and like how I’ve got everything setup so far. The home page looks great. However, if we click on the title of a post and drill down to that one post it doesn’t display the sidebar widgets. This will make it difficult to share on social media to direct people to that one post because it will look like half the site is missing!

  I’ve tried looking on the support pages and other forum posts for a setting I may have missed but can’t seem to find it. Thanks in advance for the help!

  Hello there,
  We Volunteers are aware that Twenty Eleven is not coded to display widgets on posts when displayed on single posts pages. I’m sorry you did not know that. See here for a comprehensive theme feature breakdown.

  Thanks for the reply! It took a lot of research and a spreadsheet to compare header sizes, options, widge displays etc, but I think the NIshita theme is going to work perfectly. :)
