Twenty Eleven theme posts include an about me?

  The template that I am using (Twenty Eleven) shows that it includes an about me widget within every post, however when I create a post this feature isn’t shown.

  Using the following two links as examples:

  Theme’s main page. You can see that each post has a “About Theme Buster” beneth it.

  A blog that I am following uses the Twenty Ten theme, which also includes a similar look/feel and is where I found the idea.

  That is an author profile.

  Very few themes have an author profile that displays below every post. The data is derived from here > Dashboard > Users > My Profile > About You (section) and anything you add there appears on your Gravatar profile page as well.

  The point of displaying an author name is to differentiate the posts on an multi-author site. Regardless of the theme, and provided the theme is designed to display an author byline, bylines will only display now if there are at least two authors who both have at least one published post in the blog.   That is an author profile. Very few themes have an author profile that displays below every post. The data is derived from here > Dashboard > Users > My Profile > About You (section) and anything you add there appears on your Gravatar profile page as well. That’s ere yopu got to edit your existing entry.

  TIP: An author profile ought to be no longer than 140 including spaces characters (elevator speech length) as your About page is where your full bio ought to appear.
