Twenty Eleven Theme: Re-naming 'Home' on Navigation bar

  When I go into the “pages” option in my dashboard, it only displays the pages I have/will created (About Me is the only one that shows up). The “Home” page is not displayed, so therefore I don’t know how to edit the name of it. I want to rename it. Is there a way to do this?
