Twenty Fourteen: add a customize footer to all pages

  Hello all, good people of the help forums!

  I am looking for a way to add a customize footer on top of the existing “Customized Twenty Fourteen Theme. Create a free website or blog at WordPress.com” one (for I know I am not allowed to do without it, ugh!)

  I am looking for a way to add the contact information on all pages, clearly, possibly in a bright colored section (much like the header navigation). Any way to do that?

  Hi marieevepreaux,

  If you go to your Dashboard then Appearance then Widgets, there is a widget area called Footer Widget Area defined for your theme.

  You could drag even the Text widget into that area and put in any text you would like, including your contact information.

  Let me know if that works out or if you have any other questions.
