Twenty Fourteen alternative?

  Can anyone suggest a free alternative to Twenty Fourteen? I need left and right sidebars columns as per 2014, menu at both the top and the side, etc.

  As reported in another query, I’m having trouble making a usable sticky post – the sticky being the main point of the web page.

  Anything that looks reasonably like the below would do (I use lots of themes but have never found one laid out like this.
