TWENTY FOURTEEN – change primary navigation font content bg color

    Hello,

    I’m so hopeful for help with this.

      I had my site beautifully styled but the Styles:twentyfourteen plugin has broken

    and for the life of me I cannot get it reactivated. All my lovely styling is now gone. I finally gave up and deleted the plugin. I sincerely hope I do this with CSS.

    MY GOAL:
    1) The main menu font should be “Coming Soon,” which is a Google font.
    2) On each page, the typography should sit on a background that is #ffffcc.

    Can anyone help? I have spent an entire day on this, which was supposed to be spent revising the content :(

    Update:

    I would also like to style the size and color of the typography in the left-hand sidebar.
