twenty fourteen CSS help

  hello everyone, I would like to know how to center the content of twentyfourteen theme. I was adjusting the margins & padding but doesnt seem to work..
  and also , Is it possible to make my blog post a “full width page?” would like the secondary widget to appear when browsing at the home page..

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you remove widgets from the “Content Sidebar”, the theme should automatically align your posts center and at full width:

  Hi there, for single post pages, give the following a try and see what you think. I’ve kept a bit of left and right margin on the white area for the content so it looks similar to the original design.

  .site-content .entry-header, .site-content .entry-content, .site-content .entry-summary, .site-content .entry-meta, .post-navigation, .comments-area {
      max-width: 874px;
  }

  Oh yeah, and you will want to enter 874 in the Media Width field below the CSS text area in the Customizer so that your images will take full advantage of the new width.
