Twenty Fourteen 'Featured' feature issue

    Hi, I have a premium wordpress site that i purchased and i don’t know how to add it to my sites here in the forum. The list shows no accounts but i have multiple premium accounts.

    The site I need help with is http://iteachuearn.com/

    I’m having an issue having my posts show up on the front page as featured. At first i did the ‘featured’ tag. Then i read on a forum to remove it and use the ‘sticky’ post instead and i did. But it still wont show up. Is there anything I’m doing wrong. If so what should I do?
