Twenty Fourteen not showing child pages while viewing on iPad

There seems to be a technical flaw with this theme. We experienced it and worked with happiness engineer Chad and learned more about it. We have found that when looking at this site on iPads (only iPads and no matter the IOS) and viewing in landscape mode, the child pages do not show up! Chad said it was fully dependent on screen width, but my son tried on his iPad mini and still no go. Is there a work around this?

    Hi there!

To clarify, do you mean when viewing your site on an iPad, you see the menu links across your page as expected, but are unable to expand the child pages added as sub-menu items under them like they do on your site when on a computer?

So, for example, you see About Us there, but not President’s Letter, Board, etc. expanding below it, right?

Yes, exactly! But when you turn the iPad in portrait position you can see them.

I’m not able to replicate the issue on this end yet… Can you share a few more details so we can dig into it more?

    – Which iPad model?
    – Which version of iOS?
    – Which browser are you using? Safari? Or a different one?
(Feel free to share the above info for more than one iPad if you’ve got more than one where it’s happening.)

Also, if possible, screenshots of how it looks on your end would be great too! This page has info on making screenshots if needed. Once you have them, you can upload them to your site’s Media Library and I can check there, or you can upload to a service like Cloudup (https://cloudup.com/) and share the links here.

    Thanks!
