Twenty Fourteen: remove white space between header and posts

  Hello
  I have used this code to remove the category name:
  .archive-title {
  display: none;
  }

  2 questions:

  A) Now I notice there is a white gap between the first post on the category feed and the header:
  http://dubbedperceptions.com/category/create/

  How to remove it?

  B) I am also trying to make the page fully responsive to large screens. At the moment I am getting a blank space on the right (see link above).

  How to make 20Fourteen respond fully to large screens?
