Twenty Fourteen – removing hyphenation

  • Unknown's avatar

I have just changed my theme to Twenty Fourteen, which I like very much. In addition to some other little problems, there is this unnecessary hyphenation using Firefox at the least (latest version). Having a free version I am able to remove the hyphenation post by post with this advice https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/words-sillabified?replies=7#post-1165961 (would be quite a big job to do throughout the blog though). And the otherwise so professionally looking side bar (on the left) cannot be corrected at all? Is it in any way possible that the hyphenation will vanish by itself, like by a future Firefox update or is it a bug relating to the theme?

Are there free themes, which do match all the browsers?

PS. It is possible that the problem doesn´t exist with the new posts (for so far, I´ve had just one with full width, and it came out okay.)

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I noticed that the text widgets /left sidebar can be done similarly by using the text editor, so there are no hyphens any more. So, only the other types of widgets have hyphenation now. (PS. This subject can be deleted.)

    With my continuous gratitude. :)

One more note: there is hyphenation when I´m using Internet Explorer, so at least to me this is not only a Firefox issue.
