Twenty Fourteen side menus and widgets missing on home page
-
I’m new to wordpress and just purchased the custom design. I’m testing out the side menus and widgets but I can’t get it to appear on the homepage. The menu appears in some of the top menu pages but not all.
Can someone help me figure out how to fix this?
Thank you!

Also note that Widgets have “visibility” settings so we can select which pages they display on. See here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/#widget-visibility and not all themes are designed to display widgets on every page in the blog. Here is the detailed theme description link http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/twentyfourteen/

Thank you for the links but I still can’t figure it out…Is there a way to get more specific help after taking a look at my blog?
Much appreciated.

I reviewed your site http://kocostyle.wordpress.com/ and I found that there were mistakes in the HTML of several posts. I’m not sure how the HTML was saved like that. Looking at the original content in the revisions section, I could see that the broken HTML was in the posts from the start. It looks to me like the bad HTML may have worked okay with whatever previous theme you had but caused problems in the layout as soon as you switched to the Twenty Fourteen theme—so that’s probably why you didn’t notice it earlier.
It’s a little bit of an obscure problem, and hard to spot, so I’ve gone ahead and updated the posts for you to fix the incorrect HTML. You can see all the details of all the edits I made in each post’s revisions section. Here are the direct links in case you’d like to take a look:

Hopefully, the same problems won’t happen in the future. It looks to me like it was a past browser+editor-related problem anyway, and I’m sure both of those things have been updated since the problematic posts were created (most looked around 2 years old).
If you do see the problem again, please reply here or create a new help request and reference this thread. If the trouble keeps happening, then it could be related to something like a browser setting or how you’re copying, pasting, or publishing content and I can try to help you look into it deeper if the trouble comes back.
