  On https://ubblogtest.wordpress.com, I would like the red line under the post titles to be no longer than the post title.

  (As it is on https://ubblogtest.wordpress.com/alle).

  Remove display: block; and the margin-bottom: from this custom CSS rule

  .display-posts-listing .listing-item .title {
      display: block;
      font-size: 115%;
      margin-bottom: 15px;
  }

  and add this, which puts the display: block; and top margin on the excerpt instead.

  .display-posts-listing .excerpt {
  	display: block;
          margin-top: 15px;
  }
