Twenty Seventeen header image dont display correctly on tablet and mobile

  I am using the theme twenty seventeen, and the header image, it’s cropped on mobile and tablet. It’s possible to adjust the size of the image for mobile and tablet?
  Also when using the default browser on Samsung android on the mobile, the image it’s different than using the google chrome browser on the same mobile.
