Twenty Seventeen theme. How do I get content on all pages to be wider?

    I’ve used the following and that makes the content wider on the home page, and other panels/sections of home page, but not on additional separate pages. I’d like the content wider (1000px) on all pages.

    .page-one-column .panel-content .wrap {
      max-width: 900px;
    }
    .page-one-column .panel-content .wrap img {
      width: 100%;
    }

    Dave

  • Hi Dave,

    Do you know that as a Business Plan owner you can get help with questions like this 24/7 via live chat support? You don’t need to wait for an answer in the forums :)

    This code looks like it should do the trick:

    /*
    Increases width of content area on single pages
    */
    .single-post:not(.has-sidebar) #primary, .page.page-one-column:not(.twentyseventeen-front-page) #primary, .archive.page-one-column:not(.has-sidebar) .page-header, .archive.page-one-column:not(.has-sidebar) #primary {
    margin-left: none;
    margin-right: none;
    max-width: 1000px;
    }

    kokkieh,

    Thanks. And no, I hadn’t thought of the live chat.
