Twenty-Seventeen Widget Link Underlines

I’m trying to get the links in my widgets to match the links elsewhere using the Twenty-Seventeen theme. Whenever I use links in the widget area that are also in a list, the underline disappears instead of being the solid black underline that I expect. Here’s my site:
When you see the right sidebar, I have links under “Upcoming Events” and under “Recent Podcasts.” I expected the links to have the typical black underline, but when in this widget area and when they are in lists, they turn out missing (or are white).
Could someone help me to make them look like the other links in Twenty-Seventeen. I tried adding text decoration, but Twenty-Seventeen must use some other way of creating the underlines.Thanks, in advance, for any CSS that might help me with this!
