Twenty telve theme not working proprly

  widgets not appearing
  also when I try to customise the theme i.e move text to right with side bar down left it won’t work. i have used several browsers and refreshed etc.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The blog linked to your username is wearing Twenty Eeleven, not Twenty Twelve. Please consult the theme description and determine whether or not the theme is designed to have a sidebar on all pages in the blog. http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/twentyeleven/

  Twenty Eleven is not designed to have a sidebar on single posts when displayed on their own pages.

  Also note that there are conditional visibility settings on widgets. Widgets now have “visibility” settings so we can select which pages they display on. See here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/#widget-visibility
