Twenty Ten How to do one column no side-bar?

    Have three new blogs, one for testing…I go to Dashboard then Appearance then Themes and on one them (Twenty Ten) the Manage themes page I see under ‘Custom’ is OPTIONS which has the One Column One side-bar option.

    On my other two blogs the very same page does NOT show the Themes Options box.

    Another Google pointer told me to look under publish for the Attribute Module.
    My Blog is a single post one page blog. I go to Dashboard then Posts and then Edit to the edit page. That page publishes by clicking on UPDATE and not any mention of PUBLISH. So have not found the Attribute Module.

    Either way I want to have the one text column with no side-bar. The best way would be to know
    how to get to the Manage Themes page then Custom then the Theme Options box which as noted I see on one manager themes page but is missing on two others.
