Twenty Ten menu color

  I am pretty new to WordPress and am just now beginning to find out where things are.

  I am using the Twenty-Ten theme with our website. I would like to change the color of the menu bar to turquoise. Our URL is http://www.whimsycalendar.com.

  I would also like to change the background color of the calendar to yellow.
