  Hello everyone

  I got a minor problem and that’s is that my “Home” is not visible unless you hover the mouse pointer over it, how do I change the colour? Also I would like to make the text on the about bar a bit more shady. Or even a better question is it possible to put a picture there instead of just changing the color?

  For example; Puting a stylish font text in a picture then to resize it so it fits the menu bar area.

  I am guessing that you have been modifying the CSS?
  I am just taking a guess here.
  oversized images in post can create minor problems such as that “home” page button disappear.
  But if you added code to make the youtube video wider, make it less wide.
  Its 640 pxls wide and that maybe wider than the blog page allows.

  Thats all I can guess.

  the “Home” label isn’t visible because you are already on the home page.(the page with all your recent postss

  You will that the “about” label disappears when your on the About page.

  Its probably intentional function of that theme.

  Thanks for the asnwer Dlager.
  Yea I did do some minor modification on the css but how do I make the color on the label change to a one that is easyier to see

  =>>Try Changing your Theme.
  OR
  =>>Goto yoursite.wordpress.com(for Editing the appearance) then goto appearance and drop down to Menus and click it.u will see different color patterns and u can modify it according to ur need.

  You need to change the color value for the current page item which is right now set to white (#FFFFFF).

  #access ul li.current_page_item > a, #access ul li.current-menu-ancestor > a, #access ul li.current-menu-item > a, #access ul li.current-menu-parent > a {
  color: #FFFFFF;
  }
