    Hi there.

WordPress blogs are set up to display profile names only when sites have multiple publishing authors.

Most single-user blogs credit the author by adding that information to the sidebar via a text or profile widget.

However, if you want the bi-line next to the date, my suggestion is to create another user, log in as that user, and publish a post under that name. You can post-date that post so it doesn’t appear at the top of your front page.

Then, log back in as yourself and every time you publish, you will have a bi-line.

I hope this helps! Best wishes to you.
