Twenty Twelve Header

  New to WordPress and using wordpress.com not .org.
  I’m keen to use the Twenty Twelve template, but with a single change that I need to have the main menu beneath the header image. Is this possible without upgrading to Custom Design? It seems such a simple change!

  If not can anyone suggest a similar white background template. btw my site will be entirely static pages.

  No, it isn’t possible without purchasing the annually renewable custom design upgrade http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/ and doing the required CSS editing. http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/editing-css/
