twenty twelve header image displays border

  I switched to twenty twelve and uploaded my header image and it displays with a grey border.

  The image has no border.

  Any idea how to get rid of this border?

  That’s part of the theme itself. It might be removable by using the CSS upgrade but you’ll have to ask in the CSS forum first, and you need to have the upgrade to be able to use it. An alternative is to switch to a different theme that doesn’t have a border.
