twentyeleven Reply button is vanishing at nesting depth > 4

    I’m using the twentyeleven theme. The comment Reply button is vanishing at comment nesting depth > 4. How can I prevent this?

    Possibly related question: the comment list on each post has huge gutters of whitespace on either side of it. I want that horizontal space to be used for text, not wasted. How can I reduce it to a minimum so that comment text will get most of the screen real estate?

    However, a couple tips first…

    For the comment reply button issue, make sure your Settings → Discussion → “Enable threaded (nested) comments ___ levels deep” option is set to at least 5 if you want level 4 comments to have a reply button.

    For the comment list question, please post a link showing that issue to the WordPress.org forums.
