twentyeleven theme widget list incomplete

Hello,
I have just installed WP, current version and tried activating a few themes. I have noticed that the widgets listed in the installed version are not the same as in the free version of the theme.
I’ve tried Twenty Eleven and Coraline.
I have a free WP blog using each of these themes and they have twitter, facebook and images widgets but when I tried them on the intalled version those widgets are not in the list.
I have tried all the forum and support searches I can think of, I have re-installed the the application, I have tried removing all the widgets from the sidebars and then doing it all again – all to no avail!
The actual blog is this one: http://irishcapuchinfranciscans.org/nicola_wp_test/ which is on a hosting in a different person’s name (I am building the site for them).
Any ideas or suggestions would be most welcome!

WordPress.COM Themes have more widgets so we don’t need Plug-in’s
Welcome to the world or WordPress.ORG installs – you now have about 10,500 Plug-in’s to use in place of the Widgets that are not on your site.
The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.
