TwentyFourteen Theme Broken on Windows Phone

The theme does not align the featured images and post titles correctly on Windows Phone. It is very difficult to troubleshoot because it works fine when you emulate Windows Phone user agent on a desktop PC.
Does anyone have any insight into how I might correct it? I love this theme, but I want it to be accessible to my visitors using Windows Phones (given the topic of my blog, I have a higher than normal patronage rate of Windows Phone users).

Hopefully you are aware that the theme is a responsive layout theme and have disabled the mobile theme, which is a completely different theme at > Appearance > Mobile. Responsive layout means the layout adapts depending on the size of the device being used to view your site. When responsive width themes are viewed on mobiles sidebars appear below the posts in order to provide as much space as possible for reading.
That being said yours is NOT a blog hosted by WordPress.COM. We provide support only for blogs being hosted WordPress.COM and not for WordPress.ORG software installs. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate, have different log-ins and run different versions of some themes with same names. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

Correct, I have no mobile theme/plugin/service enabled, I am relying only on the responsiveness of the TwentyFourteen theme.
I apologize for posting the wrong forum, I will post in the WordPress.org site instead.
