twentyfourteen Theme Problems (Need to change colors)

    If you visit my site, http://www.fulltimeblues.com you notice the ultimate background is a blue color. Then there is white around the post, and the post text is black.

    What I want to do, and can’t, is change the white area to either black or a dark grey, and change the text to a lighter grey.

    I had the Sunspot theme and loved the color scheme there, but prefer the layout of twentyfourteen.

    I tried looking through the CSS tutorials, combing through the CSS for both themes, and I don’t have enough knowledge to know a) what to look for and b) how to change it.

    Help is welcomed and appreciated.

    I reverted the theme to its default colors, and the ultimate background is light grey, now. The problem areas remain unchanged.

    Hi there, it looks like you have switched back to Sunspot. Are you going to stick with that, or would you still like to switch to Twenty Fourteen?
