[Twentyfourteen theme] Widen photo area in 2014 theme gallery page

    I just added this photo gallery to my site. As you can see, there is a lot of unused space between the sidebars. I want to widen the area that the photos are in. I tried the code mentioned in this WP forums thread, and that widened the content area a bit, but there was still a lot of space between the photos and the sidebars. I think I need to modify the margins and/or padding, but I’m not sure what tags to edit – or if I’m even right on that.

    I just want to edit the photo gallery, too – I don’t want this edit to affect the rest of the site.

    Hi there,

    CSS is specific to each theme, so code that would work for one theme might not work for another.

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.
