Twentyseventeen: Parallax not working any longer on Firefox
-
Hi
This must have broken quite recently, theme Twentyseventeen.
On Firefox (Mac and Windows) the parallax effect for the background images isn’t working any longer.
This is also true for the original theme: https://wordpress.com/theme/twentyseventeen
I’m not talking about the header image, but about the ones that follow afterwards.
Still working fine in Chrome (Mac and Windows) and Safari (Mac).
Please fix?
Thank you

Windows: Firefox Quantum 60.1.0esr (32 Bit)
Mac: Firefox Quantum 61.0.1 (64-bit)
This bug must have appeared within the last few weeks, I know for sure that it worked ok.
PS: ‘notify me of follow-up replies’ should be the default setting in this forum.

Hi there,
I tested both your site and the Twenty Sixteen’s demo site on Firefox and the parallax effect didn’t work on your site only.
Can you please change the header image to another one with the recommended size of 200x1200px and try again?

Hi there, thanks for bringing this to our attention. Our theme developers are right now testing a fix. I’ll post back here when I hear back from them. It shouldn’t be very long.
