twentysixteen head image crop problems

    Am running twentysixteen theme on my website at https://texastlcgoldens.com. I’ve had rotating header images for a long time and decided to change some out. I deleted one then prepared at 1200×280 image and uploaded it. I do an “add new image” and select the uploaded image then select “Select and Crop”. It then goes to a “Crop Image” screen that is blank and I cannot proceed.
    I’ve tried:
    – Firefox and Chrome
    – Cleared cache on both browsers
    – several different images including the one I deleted from the header
    – waiting 10 minutes to see if it was just slow to refresh
    – refresh browser screen
    – disabled “Total Cache” and emptied the cache

    Still no joy…. Help?

    I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with HostGator.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
