  Looks like the site ( http://secretsofthegemtrade.com/ ) is not a WordPress.com site.

  It is, however, running a self-hosted version of WordPress. You can try reaching out in the WordPress.org forums for help though: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/themes-and-templates#postform

  There is a difference between the two, which you can learn about from here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
