twentytwelve theme – How to change the title in the browser tab

  I want to change the title in the brower tab so it always matches my navigation bar, i.e

  when I click on blog the title is ‘blog | site name’
  when I click on about the title is ‘about | site name’
  etc

  The problem I have is when I click on shop in the nagivation bar, the title is ‘products | site name’ NOT ‘shop | site name’

  I’m using the twentytwelve theme and the woocommerce plugin.

  I know how to change the site name in the title, it’s just the first part I’m struggling with.

  I’m a beginner, so sorry if this is a simple fix.
