  Hi I’ve had a few emails from you regarding an expired credit card. I have clicked on the button to renew my domain mapping subscription however the page doesn’t load and I’m unsure how to add a new credit card. Please could you help?

  Hi –

  My first suggestion is to try and use a different web browser temporarily. See if you have better luck getting things to work.

  Another thing, is that you’ll need to get signed in to the account that owns the domain mapping upgrade in order to renew it. That upgrade is not connected to the user account twindesign92
