Twitter widget won’t work. I have attempted to load it numerous times but it won’t attach itself to my blog. Not sure what I am doing wrong.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there — is @FixtureWire the correct Twitter account to which you’d like to connect? I opened up your widget area (just above your footer) and see this: https://cloudup.com/c2H0jyCDn2L
Is this the wrong Twitter account? Or, do you see something different?

That is the correct twitter account.
I am stilling figuring out wordpress, but I couldn’t figure out whether it was the template page I was using or if I was doing something incorrectly. For example I choose the template because it shows articles as a picture with titles for easy sorting of material. However, mine is just one article scrolling into the next.

I was hoping to have the twitter account on the side not at the footer if that is possible?

Your theme, Illustratr, not only works for traditional blog formats but is especially made for portfolio-style sites, as seen on its demo site — you can display a front page that shows various projects, and also have a custom menu at the top with different tabs (including a tab leading to a separate page for blog posts).
When you first activate Illustratr, your posts display in this traditional blog format. If you want more than “just one article scrolling into the next,” and want to display your portfolio projects on the front page of your site (like the demo site), follow the steps on the theme page under “Portfolio Page Template.”
You can refer as well to the support page for the Portfolio feature .
If the Portfolio feature is more than you need, you can search for a different theme, and one that has left or right sidebars (or both).
I was hoping to have the twitter account on the side not at the footer if that is possible?
Illustratr‘s widget area is near the footer — there is no dedicated sidebar area.

That is fine, but I still do not see the twitter feed. All I see is “Follow me on Twitter” then it says Mytweets, but nothing like the screen shot you showed me.

I am so sorry I do apolgogize. As you can tell I do not use the Twitter Timeline Widget not any widgets of that nature on my blogs.
Widget ID: A unique number which identifies your widget with Twitter. See the above Embedding with a Shortcode section on where to get this number. http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/twitter-timeline-widget/
