  You can sign up with http://twitterfeed.com/

  When you post on WP.com your post title and first words of the post will appear as a tweet, with a link back to the post in tinyURL. I get zero hits that way, but it feels good knowing I’m doing what I’m supposed to be doing on Twitter. I think.
