    Hi,

To enable Publicize, on the Settings→Sharing page click Add new Twitter Connection. You’ll be taken to Twitter where you’ll be asked to approve the connection between your WordPress.com blog and your Twitter account. Click Allow.

You need to connect your WordPress.com blog to your Twitter business username that way.

Please refer to the following support page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/twitter/

    Happy blogging!

Thanks for the quick response. I have done as you suggested but with no success. When I first clicked -> add new Twitter Connection I was able to connect to my personal twitter account … no problem. But when I go to click-> “Add New “it takes me to the pop up page: ->Authorize WordPress.com to use your account? So I click authorize and then after a few it redirects me back to the ” Share settings page” with a message ” You have successfully connected your Twitter account with Jetpack.” But nothing has changed. I’m still connected to my personal twitter account.
A possible issue may be that I already have an API twitter feed using the “Display Tweets plugin” on the website linked to my Twitter business name. But even after deactivating the plugin it still made no difference. I am still unable to add a new connection ?

Can you please try to logout from your personal account and then login to your professional account on Twitter and then follow the very same steps on WordPress.com ?

That solved the issue and my business account is now connected! Thank you so much for your help!
