Hello there! Aside from Widgets in your sidebar, which I noticed you’re already using, there isn’t an automated system to publish from Twitter/LinkedIn to WordPress.com sites.
You can utilize Twitter embeds in Posts, if you’d like. Unlike the Twitter Timeline Widget, which displays a Twitter feed in your sidebar, Twitter embeds allows you to display any individual tweet in a blog post or post comment:

While we support embeds from Twitter, Facebook, Google +, LinkedIn is not currently supported. If this is important to you, I recommend leaving a suggestion here:

On a side note, as a work-around for LinkedIn, if you receive your own LinkedIn updates via email, you can publish it via email as a Post:
