Twitter Balckbird Pie and Twitter Button not working

  Hi all,

  I don’t know why but twitter blackbird pie doesn’t work on my blog, the link of the tweet is not changed into the fantastic tweet itself. (In settings, auto-embed is activated)

  Another problem : with the Twitter button, the count of followers is not posted although the option is checked…

  What’s the URL of the Tweet you are trying to display?

  Another problem : with the Twitter button, the count of followers is not posted although the option is checked…

  Are you seeing “Following @vallenain”? instead? That’s probably because you are logged in to Twitter. I see: “Follow @vallenain · 264 followers”

  I have no problem testing that URL. When you paste it into your post, make sure it is NOT underlined (in other words: that it does not become an active hyperlink). Break the link if needed (by placing the curson on the link and clicking on the break link button).

  I can’t replicate that error. In fact, it works perfectly for me. You’re not putting it in Word or some other program first, then pasting it from there, are you?

  AHA! I think maybe that first link contains the clue. You can’t do ANYTHING to the link, not even center it, when you put it in. Just paste it on its own line and let the autoformatting handle the rest.
